Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Demand Planning Analyst to join our team. As a Demand Planning Analyst, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our frozen bakery delights. You will be responsible for leading a collaborative demand management process, unifying efforts between various departments, and ensuring smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Demand Management Process: Gather and utilize crucial demand information to harmonize efforts between Supply Planning, Purchasing, and Manufacturing departments.
  • Problem-Solving: Use analytical skills to identify and resolve potential issues, performing root cause analysis and implementing solutions.
  • Process Improvement: Define process metrics, craft detailed process flow diagrams, and optimize our forecasting system.
  • Collaborative Communication: Maintain regular communication with production sites, discuss schedules, and address any raw material concerns to keep our frozen bakery production running smoothly.
Requirements
  • Educational Background: A BA or BS degree in Supply Chain, Economics, Operations Management, or a related field is required. An MBA, Masters, or APICS certifications are a plus.
  • Experience: 2+ years in supply chain analysis, ideally within the food, consumer products, or beverage industries. Demand Planning experience is a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with ERP systems like SAP, NetSuite, or Oracle is beneficial. Intermediate skills in MS Excel, including pivot tables and vlook-ups, are essential.
  • Analytical Prowess: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are crucial.
  • On-Site Role: This is a 100% in-person role at our headquarters.
