Position Overview:
The Senior Financial Analyst will play a crucial role in delivering financial insights, reporting, and analytical support for the TechOps production facilities in the United States. This position will oversee the Month-End closing process, assist in planning, and effectively communicate financial outcomes to executive leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Support the Month-End closing activities by consolidating and analyzing financial results for the US production sites.
2. Lead the preparation of the Annual Budget, Long Range Plan, and quarterly Forecasts for various cost centers, including the development of management presentations.
3. Provide valuable observations and recommendations to enhance management's understanding of financial reporting.
4. Prepare, analyze, report, and reconcile monthly actual results against budget, forecasts, and prior year figures for TechOps US.
5. Manage relationships with Plant Controllers and department managers to effectively communicate financial results.
6. Assist in reviewing costs and conducting cost/benefit analyses for proposed projects/programs to improve operational and financial efficiency.
7. Develop reports for forecasting, trending, and results analysis on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
8. Contribute to month-end close activities and reporting.
9. Prepare data loads into corporate systems for month-end reporting, quarterly forecasts, and annual budgets.
10. Lead ad hoc and special projects within the finance team.
11. Safeguard plant assets by developing and implementing procedures to ensure compliance with corporate policy and GAAP.
12. Build and lead teams to analyze and resolve complex business challenges.
13. Foster productive relationships and collaborate effectively with all levels of management.
14. Build consensus in problem-solving while professionally addressing differing opinions to drive excellence.
15. Monitor changes in business processes, information systems, management, and operations, initiating projects to address emerging risks.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA and/or CPA preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and financial analysis.
- High attention to detail with strong analytical capabilities.
- Ability to communicate complex analyses and recommendations clearly and concisely.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (including PivotTables and Macros).
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a collaborative team-oriented approach.
- Familiarity with ERP systems; SAP and TM1 Cognos are preferred.
