Business Development Representative

Are you a skilled communicator and sales professional looking for a new challenge? Esha Patel - State Farm Agent is seeking an Account Manager to join our team. This role involves growing our agency through meaningful client relationships and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments.
Responsibilities:- Develop and Maintain Client Relationships: Foster strong relationships with clients to drive retention and growth, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell relevant products and services.
- Conduct Policy Reviews: Conduct thorough reviews of clients' policies to provide recommendations and ensure they are properly covered.
- Oversee Complex Customer Issues: Resolve complex customer issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will have experience in insurance sales or account management, strong leadership and interpersonal skills, and a proven track record of meeting sales targets. A bilingual individual is preferred, but not required. The salary for this position is approximately $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
