About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team as a Business Development Specialist. In this position, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.
">Key Responsibilities
">- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive retention and growth.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive marketing and lead generation.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on insurance products and services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
Requirements
">- Existing insurance license (P&C) (Life and Health) preferred.
- Non-licensed candidates require completion of licensing program within 45-60 days.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and exceeding expectations.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
