Job Title: Field Sales Exec

Hyve Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Exec to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for acquiring new target customers, delivering proposals, and working with our coordinated Hyve team to drive sales growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales quotas and profitability forecasts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with defined accounts to drive sales growth.
  • Design and execute sales account business plans to increase profitable sales.
  • Partner with vendors to sample and evaluate new solutions.
  • Deliver presentations and develop key business relationships internal and external to the business.
  • Facilitate programs and promotions to increase account activity and opportunity.
  • Play a key role in increasing market share for our products and services.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related area.
  • Minimum 7 years of directly sales and/or business development related experience.
  • Proven track record in closing business.
  • Solid project management skills, including the ability to multi-task.
  • Familiarity with industry and market best practices.
  • Business communication skills, particularly facilitation, negotiation, and presentation skills.
