About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Strategic Initiatives Manager in the Department of the Army. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the development and execution of strategic initiatives that support the U.S. Army Chaplain Corps.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate strategies to improve projects, transformation plans, and activities to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives, engagements, and communication plans to support missions, organizations, and policies.
  • Assess transformation plans and activities to determine their impact on organizations and resources, including dollars, manpower, physical facilities, and capital equipment.
  • Review emerging policies from Congress, OSD, and HQDA that may impact the Army's religious support organizations and resources.
Requirements
  • One year of specialized experience in evaluating strategies, developing initiatives, and assessing transformation plans.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.
