About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned marketing professional to lead our global partner marketing efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing joint marketing strategies with our partners to drive demand generation and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and execute global joint marketing strategies for multiple partners in alignment with our marketing strategy
  • Manage and administer associated budgets and contracts for campaigns, vendors, and sponsorships
  • Act as the voice of our partners within Amazon, driving alignment on goals, strategy, resourcing, roles, and responsibilities, reporting, and measurement
  • Work directly with partners to build and execute joint marketing plans, utilizing campaigns and events to drive pipeline with new and existing customers and deliver growth in revenue from AWS services across the enterprise segment
  • Drive interlock and alignment with Geo Marketing teams to ensure the Joint Marketing strategy with partners aligns and amplifies our marketing priorities globally
  • Drive interlock and integration of partners into Global Enterprise Marketing Programs through scalable, repeatable program frameworks

Basic Qualifications
  • 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts, and pivot tables)
  • Experience building, executing, and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
  • Experience developing and executing campaigns across multiple time zones and languages
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience driving direction and alignment with large cross-functional teams and agency partners
  • Experience designing and executing joint marketing plans with strategic alliance partners with a global footprint

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $106,400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors, including market location, and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
