- Provide support through phone, chat, and email, maintaining professionalism at all times.
- Accurately input vehicle safety complaints into a designated government database.
- Record consumer inquiries and requests using our proprietary ticketing system.
Essential Qualifications:
- Proficient computer and data entry skills.
- Strong analytical skills to effectively resolve customer issues.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to interact positively with clients and colleagues at all levels.
- Capacity to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Experience in conducting research as needed.
- Strong organizational skills to maintain orderly files and workspaces.
- Proven ability to handle significant responsibilities and manage high volumes of calls and emails.
- A solid work ethic is essential. Experience with government contracts is advantageous.
Preferred Skills:
- Demonstrated ability to manage responsibilities effectively under pressure.
- Strong data entry and computer skills.
- Analytical skills for resolving complex inquiries.
- Must be eligible to obtain and maintain Public Trust Security Clearance.
