Job Overview

As a Collector and Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for contacting consumers via telephone to inform, negotiate, and collect on past due accounts. Your exceptional communication and negotiation skills will enable you to effectively communicate with your peers and Client Services via email and on the floor.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a high volume of calls and collect payments from consumers in a professional and respectful manner.
  • Utilize strong negotiation skills to resolve disputes and reach mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with consumers, fostering a sense of trust and understanding.
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
  • At least one year of experience in customer service or collections.
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards.
