Job Title: Territory Sales Representative

We are seeking an experienced sales representative to join our team in the Riverside/Orange County area. As a Territory Sales Representative, you will be responsible for maximizing revenue potential in key accounts and developing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess opportunities and threats in the territory to identify potential revenue growth areas.
  • Qualify and quantify current and potential revenue/referral volume in each account, including number of current patients, potential patients, reimbursement mix, and focus product group sales potential.
  • Develop and implement weekly sales activities and account sales strategies in the bi-annual business plan.
  • Meet new business quotas and resolve customer service issues in accounts.
  • Present contracts in targeted accounts using corporate pricing strategies.
  • Maintain contracts in sales location to maximize revenue in key accounts.
  • Report account activity weekly using Sales Management Software.
  • Schedule weekly sales activities in Sales Force by Monday of the current week.
  • Demonstrate products and services at in-services in key accounts and trade shows.
  • Participate in company meetings and training programs.
  • Submit weekly expense reports to Regional Director.
  • Submit month-end report to Area Manager by the 5th working day of the month outlining key activities, changes in competitive landscape, and status of Business Plan deliverables.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of three years sales experience with a proven track record of sales achievement.
  • Proven track record of developing new accounts.
  • Ability to sell a service as well as promote product lines.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Computer literate.
