Job Title: Territory Field Sales Representative

Basemakers, LLC is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Field Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with grocery store managers and brand partners to drive sales growth and increase brand presence in the market.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase brand presence in the market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with grocery store managers and brand partners to drive sales growth and increase brand presence.
  • Conduct in-store visits to assess sales opportunities and provide recommendations to improve sales performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement sales plans and strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of sales experience in the food and beverage industry.
  • Proven track record of success in building and maintaining relationships with customers and partners.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
