About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Representative to join our team at Michael Page. As a Territory Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing the sales process from initial contact to close, and building strong relationships with clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Manage a portfolio of clients and candidates, providing exceptional service and support
  • Conduct in-person interviews to evaluate candidates and identify top talent
  • Develop and deliver proposals to clients, highlighting the value of our services
  • Mentor and train junior sales consultants to ensure their success
  • Negotiate commercial terms and rates with clients
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, recruitment, or business development
  • Proven track record of success in sales and recruitment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent
