Job DescriptionJob Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Representative to join our commercial team. As a Territory Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and driving sales growth in your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

* Identify and screen early adopter pediatric dental practices
* Analyze customer performance and identify key drivers of use and lack of use
* Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and revenue
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including pediatric dentists, hygienists, and office managers
* Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity

Requirements:

* 2-year minimum relevant professional commercial experience with pediatric dentists
* Strong sales and marketing skills, with a proven track record of success
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions
