About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team at Pacific Dental Services. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading our dental practice to achieve operational excellence, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and patient satisfaction.
- Lead and manage a team of dental professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and mentoring to ensure excellent patient care and practice growth.
- Collaborate with the practice owner and other stakeholders to achieve business objectives, including revenue growth, expense management, and quality improvement.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards.
- Develop and maintain relationships with patients, team members, and external partners to promote a positive practice culture and reputation.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in dental practice management or a related field.
- Proven track record of leading teams, driving business growth, and improving operational efficiency.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
- Knowledge of dental practice management software, including Epic and 1VU.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of dental insurance plans, fees, and administrative guidelines.
