Retirement Benefits Manager

At Sevita, we strive to provide high-quality services and individualized supports that lead to growth and independence for those we serve. As a Retirement Benefits Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management and administration of Sevita's qualified and non-qualified retirement plans. This includes developing strategies to engage employees in their benefits, creating benefits that meet the organization's needs, and maximizing efficiencies and maintaining compliance.

This role involves managing relationships with consultants, investment advisors, and recordkeepers to ensure service level agreements are met and programs are cost-effective. You will also be responsible for driving participation in retirement initiatives, including financial wellness, executing Annual Enrollment strategy and communications for executive plans, and supporting the Total Rewards leadership in the development of both short and long term benefits and program strategies. Additionally, you will oversee RFPs and transitions to new vendors to drive our retirement strategy while improving efficiency and managing costs.

This position requires strong knowledge of ERISA, SECURE 2.0, and other federal and state provisions governing retirement plans. You will also be responsible for ensuring retirement portal provides an intuitive/easy experience for our employees and for managing compliance with Federal and State regulations.

A successful Retirement Benefits Manager will have a BA degree in Human Resources, Business or Finance, and a minimum of 5-7 years' experience in retirement benefit plan structure, compliance, administration, and engagement. Experience with a distributed workforce and varied populations is preferred. Strong knowledge of ERISA, SECURE 2.0, and other federal and state provisions governing retirement plans is also required. The ideal candidate will have superb relationship management skills, outstanding communication and presentation skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with a range of stakeholders.
