About the Role

The customer is at the forefront of our business, and that's no exception at REI Management Services LLC. Our Customer Success Associates play a vital role in helping local communities by introducing products and services from our diverse clientele to increase brand awareness and community outreach. As a Customer Success Associate, you will be part of creating and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Whether it's providing quick answers, consulting on products with empathy, or resolving issues with a smile, the Customer Success Associate's hospitality will be the difference between an average and an exceptional encounter.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Knowledge: Understand clients' products to effectively explain services and benefits to consumers and answer any questions so they get what they genuinely need.
  • Customer Interaction: Keep a record of customer interactions, processed orders, and service schedules.
  • Post-Sale Follow-up: Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain a positive brand image.
  • Initiative and Problem-Solving: Take initiative and demonstrate a 'can-do' mindset, meeting challenges head-on no matter how difficult or stressful situations become.
  • Professional Attitude: Maintain a positive and professional attitude and exemplify trustworthiness and hospitality toward consumers and staff.
  • Training and Development: Attend daily training sessions to hone in on customer service, sales, and leadership skills.
Requirements
  • Education: Minimum of a high school diploma.
  • Experience: At least one year in customer service or hospitality positions such as retail or restaurant.
  • Product Knowledge: Ability to recognize, apply, and explain product or service knowledge.
  • Continuous Learning: Dedicate consistent learning and training to master the craft of hospitality to increase customer experience.
  • Problem-Solving: Be an effective problem-solver.
  • Personality: Outgoing personality with a passion for helping others.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills.
