Job Summary

Equus Workforce Solutions is seeking a skilled Facilities Manager to oversee the maintenance and operation of our facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our buildings and services meet the needs of our clients and employees.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilities management, with experience in overseeing multi-disciplinary teams and managing budgets. They will also have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to lead and manage projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and negotiate contracts with service providers
  • Supervise and manage multi-disciplinary teams
  • Ensure facilities meet government regulations and environmental standards
  • Manage budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness
  • Advising businesses on increasing energy efficiency and cost-effectiveness

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management or related field
  • Working knowledge of project management and financial principles
  • Experience in construction, maintenance, and facility operation
  • Strong planning and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
