Storage Facility Operations Manager

Compensation:
We offer a competitive salary of approximately $55,000 per year, based on national averages for similar roles in the industry. This amount may vary depending on location, qualifications, and experience.
Job Description:
As a Center Storage Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our storage facilities, ensuring that customers receive exceptional service and that our facilities are well-maintained. Your primary responsibilities will include handling transactions, rentals, and customer service, as well as maintaining accurate records and communicating with our General Managers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle transactions, rentals, and customer service with a focus on providing excellent service and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records and use mobile electronic tools to track customer interactions and facility operations.
- Ensure the cleanliness and security of the storage site, including regular inspections and maintenance tasks.
- Communicate effectively with our General Managers to keep them informed of important updates and issues.
- Follow up on delinquent accounts and implement strategies to minimize losses.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- A valid driver's license and the ability to maintain a clean driving record.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
- An eye for detail and the ability to maintain accurate records.
