Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a representative for the radio station and our partners at promotional events across the metropolitan area, including educational institutions, shopping centers, and entertainment venues.
  • Facilitate communication with sponsors and venue organizers regarding upcoming promotional activities.
  • Set up and dismantle event equipment, manage sound systems, and organize on-site logistics (training will be provided).
  • Engage with attendees at events, distributing prizes and promotional materials.
  • Host events and lead interactive activities in front of an audience.
  • Document event details and capture photographs for promotional use.
  • Assist in event preparation, including inventory management and equipment organization.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams.
  • Perform additional tasks as required.

Qualifications

A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with relevant experience or training. Enrollment in college courses is preferred.

Candidates should demonstrate a professional demeanor and a positive attitude while working independently in a fast-paced setting. Strong organizational skills, dependability, and the ability to manage multiple tasks are essential. Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office are required.

As driving company vehicles is a key responsibility, candidates must hold a valid driver's license and, if applicable, maintain state-required automobile insurance.

Physical requirements include the ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds occasionally. Availability for work on weekdays, primarily weekends, evenings, and some holidays is necessary.
