About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Relationship Manager to join our team at LexisNexis Legal & Professional. As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a portfolio of high-value clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

You will develop and execute strategic account plans, identify opportunities for growth, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service. Your communication and relationship-building skills will be instrumental in achieving revenue targets and driving business success.

Responsibilities
  • Managing a portfolio of non-profit accounts
  • Becoming a trusted advisor to assigned non-profit clients
  • Providing support services that customize growth opportunities by suggesting upsells and cross-sells
  • Educating clients on new products, features, and services
  • Coordinating with internal teams to deliver excellent client experiences
  • Developing deep knowledge of non-profit sector challenges and trends
  • Supporting non-profits to further their mission and community impact
Requirements
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic account plans
  • Excellent communication skills, high emotional intelligence, and a passion for the non-profit space
  • Demonstrated comprehension of sales or account management through extensive practical involvement
  • Strong interpersonal skills to manage client relationships effectively
  • Deep understanding of industry and market trends
