Relationship Manager

We are seeking a skilled Relationship Manager to join our team at LexisNexis Legal & Professional. As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a portfolio of high-value clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
You will develop and execute strategic account plans, identify opportunities for growth, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service. Your communication and relationship-building skills will be instrumental in achieving revenue targets and driving business success.
Responsibilities- Managing a portfolio of non-profit accounts
- Becoming a trusted advisor to assigned non-profit clients
- Providing support services that customize growth opportunities by suggesting upsells and cross-sells
- Educating clients on new products, features, and services
- Coordinating with internal teams to deliver excellent client experiences
- Developing deep knowledge of non-profit sector challenges and trends
- Supporting non-profits to further their mission and community impact
- Ability to develop and execute strategic account plans
- Excellent communication skills, high emotional intelligence, and a passion for the non-profit space
- Demonstrated comprehension of sales or account management through extensive practical involvement
- Strong interpersonal skills to manage client relationships effectively
- Deep understanding of industry and market trends
