Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Industry Manager to join our team at Winsupply. As a key member of our Vendor Relations department, you will play a vital role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our preferred vendors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Negotiate and manage national vendor agreements to drive cost savings and maximize profitability.
  • Partner with Winsupply Sourcing Services LLC and Local Companies to maintain reliable and favorable supply sources.
  • Oversee the tracking, evaluation, and review of key preferred vendors to drive sales volume and profitability.
  • Engage key suppliers to develop promotions, support new product launches, and inventory balancing activities.
  • Develop strategies for Winsupply Local Companies to engage further and become aware of market trends and vendor engagements.
Requirements
  • At least ten years of experience in a wholesale, supply chain, or manufacturing environment.
  • Management and Leadership experience.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective interpersonal working relationships with vendors and fellow team members at all levels.
  • Ability to maintain complete confidentiality and discretion in business relationships.
Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field. Alternatively, ten or more years of relevant experience may suffice.

Physical Demands
  • Sitting for extended periods of time.
  • Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and other computer components.
