Job Title: Chief Medical Officer

Fair Haven Community Health Care is a dynamic and forward-thinking community health center that provides high-quality care to multiple generations at over 143,000 office visits in 21 locations.

The Chief Medical Officer represents the highest clinical position at Fair Haven Community Health Care, responsible for the strategy, quality, scope, and breadth of clinical services provided to all patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the Executive Management Team to drive clinical excellence, quality improvement, and patient safety.
  • Oversee the recruitment of clinical providers, ensure adequate staffing, and pursue programs consistent with the mission of FHCHC.
  • Establish productivity and quality measures, determine protocols to support providers, and chair the Credentialing and Privileging Committee.
  • Liaise with community partners, advocate at the city, state, and national levels, and participate in CME and leadership training annually.

Requirements:

  • MD with prior management experience and strong communication skills.
  • Fluency in Spanish is highly desirable.
