Job Summary:

As a Janitor at Office Pride, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our clients. Your duties will include:

  • Performing all standard janitorial tasks, such as sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning restrooms, and removing trash.
  • Responding promptly and positively to customer work orders and requests.
  • Conducting all work in accordance with company procedures, including safety protocols, door lock policies, time and attendance guidelines, and uniform standards.
  • Operating and maintaining all commercial cleaning equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring a high level of cleanliness and organization in all areas of the facility.
  • Providing excellent customer service and responding to customer needs in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborating with other team members to achieve common goals and objectives.
  • Staying up-to-date with company policies and procedures, and adhering to all safety protocols.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in janitorial or facilities maintenance preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
