Job Summary

HHHunt Homes is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Custodian to join our team at Abberly Crest Apartments. As a Custodian, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our community, including buildings, breezeways, clubhouses, and amenity areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of all common areas, including buildings, breezeways, and clubhouses
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents and respond to their needs in a timely and professional manner
  • Clean apartment homes when residents move out and prepare them for new residents
  • Deliver notices, newsletters, and flyers to residents within the community

Requirements

  • 2 years of general maintenance, grounds keeping, or custodial experience
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
