Job Overview:
As a Technical Project Coordinator at Insight Global, you will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of project management in the IT sector. Your role will encompass the following key responsibilities:


Test Strategy Development:
Work alongside development and quality assurance teams to formulate and implement comprehensive testing strategies.
Ensure that testing processes are in sync with project objectives and timelines.
Track testing progress, pinpoint challenges, and modify plans as necessary.


Release Coordination:
Manage software release processes, including strategic planning, scheduling, and effective communication.
Collaborate closely with development, QA, and deployment teams to facilitate seamless releases.
Oversee version control and maintain accurate release documentation.


Project Timeline Oversight:
Establish project milestones and deadlines.
Monitor project progress and initiate corrective measures to ensure adherence to timelines.
Communicate project status and potential risks to relevant stakeholders.


Bridge Between Technical Teams and Business Stakeholders:
Serve as a liaison between technical teams (developers, testers, architects) and business stakeholders.
Comprehend business needs and translate them into actionable technical tasks.
Foster communication, manage expectations, and resolve any conflicts that may arise.


In this role, you will be pivotal in ensuring the successful delivery of projects by managing technical elements, maintaining effective communication, and adhering to deadlines. Your ability to harmonize technical expertise with stakeholder engagement will be essential for your success.


Compensation:
Pay Range: $40-$45
Compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.


Benefits:
Benefit packages for this position will commence on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and access to a 401k retirement plan with employer matching.
Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as mandated by applicable law.

Skills and Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in project management
- 3+ years of experience supporting a technical testing team, with the ability to recommend strategies for planning, designing, and executing tests
- Proficiency with Octane for test case management and Jira for ticketing
- Familiarity with Agile and Hybrid methodologies; PMP or other relevant certifications are a plus.
