Private Client Relationship Manager

We are seeking a skilled Private Client Relationship Manager to join our team at Citizens. As a key member of our Private Client Group, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our affluent and high-net-worth clients, providing tailored financial solutions to help them achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire and deepen relationships with high-net-worth clients through proactive outreach and engagement
- Conduct thorough discovery to understand client needs and goals, and develop personalized financial plans to address them
- Collaborate with Certified Financial Planners and Financial Advisors to create and implement comprehensive financial strategies
- Provide exceptional client service, ensuring timely and effective resolution of client needs and concerns
- Leverage Salesforce CRM tool to document client interactions and track progress
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, regulatory requirements, and market conditions to stay ahead of client needs
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (preferred) or 3-5 years relevant equivalent experience
- SIE, Series 6 (or 7), 63 (or 66), and Life and Health Insurance Licenses
- At least two licenses required; additional licenses can be obtained within a defined period upon hire
- Demonstrated success in a client-centric, proactive sales environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of industry regulatory requirements to ensure a sound control environment
