Your daily responsibilities.
As a Lead Private Client Consultant on our Private Client Services team, you will effectively manage a substantial portfolio of clients while collaborating with experienced colleagues to enhance your skills and advance your career:
- Assess client risks, loss history, and existing coverages, recommending suitable products and services.
- Provide clients with precise market insights to advise on complex risk scenarios.
- Deliver proactive client service by anticipating needs and addressing inquiries through various communication channels.
- Collect and analyze client information related to risk management and financial tolerance, proposing diverse solutions to mitigate risks.
- Develop and present renewal proposals to current clients, conducting annual interactive reviews.
- Ensure client retention through exceptional service and drive new business through referrals and expanded offerings.
- Negotiate with multiple insurance providers to secure comprehensive coverage options while adhering to industry regulations.
Your qualifications.
We are eager to connect with you if your professional background includes the following:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in personal lines insurance with High Net Worth clients.
- Valid Property & Casualty (P&C) License.
- Strong client service orientation with a focus on managing expectations.
- Willingness to travel for client and company engagements as necessary.
Additional preferred qualifications.
While not mandatory, the following qualifications would be advantageous:
- A Bachelor’s degree.
- Professional designations such as CPCU, CIC, CPRIA, etc.
- Established relationships with luxury insurance carriers like AIG, Chubb, or PURE.
