About the Role

As a Patient Experience Coordinator at Healthy Foundations Group, LLC, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. You will provide administrative support to our clinical team, interact with patients and providers, and maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines.

Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the clinical team, including scheduling appointments, processing payments, and scanning patient records.
  • Assist with office upkeep, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, providers, and insurance companies to ensure timely and accurate information exchange.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a medical office environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher).
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively.
