At Managed Care Advisors, we are seeking a skilled Client Support Specialist to join our team in Bethesda, MD. This role will provide exceptional support to our federal clients, ensuring timely and effective communication across client teams.
Job Description:The Client Support Specialist will be responsible for coordinating project activities, drafting communications and program materials, and providing customer support in a timely and pleasant manner. Additionally, the successful candidate will maintain an open mind and adaptability in the face of ambiguity and change.
Requirements:- Preferred Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, with education potentially substituted by experience.
- Three years of administrative or client/customer service experience.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
