Programs and Quality Assurance Coordinator

The Programs & Quality Assurance Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the Chief Programs Officer and Directors in various administrative tasks. This includes managing calendars, creating purchase orders and expense requests, corresponding with staff and external stakeholders, and planning meetings and events.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the CPO and Directors
- Manage calendars, create purchase orders and expense requests, and correspond with staff and external stakeholders
- Plan meetings and events, including preparing meeting agendas and materials, and taking meeting minutes
- Research, compile, and prepare documentation, including PowerPoint and/or Canva presentations
- Support Directors with credit card reconciliation and create check requests
- Assist with event coordination, including preparing communication materials
- Serve as an ambassador of the organization and operate with a high degree of professionalism
- Perform administrative tasks, such as scanning, filing, making copies, and entering data
- Support CPO with special projects as assigned
- Attend meetings and events on behalf of the CPO
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Development, or a related field
- 1-2 years of administrative experience
- 1-2 years of quality assurance experience (preferred)
- 1-2 years of experience working in a non-profit (preferred)
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Changes in the environment, such as the office or outdoors. Physical effort/lifting, such as sedentary- up to 15-20 pounds at times.
