Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at KW Property Management & Consulting. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our management office, ensuring the smooth operation of daily tasks and activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative assistance to the management team, including record keeping, filing, and data entry.
  • Coordinate and track important dates and meetings, such as turnover and budget meetings.
  • Ensure that emails are responded to in a timely manner and that all mail is picked up daily.
  • Provide and maintain architectural approvals, maintenance requests, and other forms specific to the property.
  • Coordinate conference room events and special projects as instructed.
Work Environment

This position will be located indoors in an office setting.

Requirements
  • Prior experience in a related position, with a minimum of 1 year of experience.
  • Working knowledge of computer and associated programs, including MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to multi-task, set, and manage priorities.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills to interact with a diverse and multicultural population.
  • Keyboarding ability with accuracy at 45-50 words per minute.
