Oversee Daily Operations:
This role requires on-site presence, primarily based in a designated office, with potential travel for collaborative efforts. You will guide your team and be ready to assist when necessary.
Collaborate with internal personnel and external advisors (HR, Finance, Marketing, IT) to implement best practices and enhance performance.
Work Environment:
Your primary workspace will be at our main office.
Team Leadership:
You will supervise a small group of staff responsible for the administrative functions of our agency and client interactions.
Collaborating with our HR, Finance, Marketing, and IT advisors will be essential to ensure we adopt best practices across departments, aiming for quality, efficiency, and optimization.
While we engage external consultants for system development, a robust understanding of various technologies and business operations is vital.
You will ensure that existing systems operate seamlessly, identify improvement opportunities, and work collaboratively with consultants to enhance performance, monitor effectiveness, and align with organizational objectives.
Operational Expertise:
You will be the architect of efficient daily operations. Our leaders should be comfortable assisting with departmental tasks across various areas they oversee.

In collaboration with the executive team, you will develop and implement strategic plans aligned with the organization's objectives to drive growth.

You will make informed, timely decisions by evaluating data, risks, and outcomes, acting decisively.Financial Oversight and Collaboration:
You will monitor the financial aspects of the agency with a strong focus on cost control strategies and contributing to profitability.
This role includes supporting staff responsible for accounts receivable, healthcare payment systems, and insurance claim processing. Familiarity with healthcare billing, coding, and reimbursement processes is essential.Experience in coordinating and facilitating audits and compliance checks with external licensors or auditors in a healthcare context is highly valued, ensuring the practice adheres to regulatory standards and financial best practices while promoting a collaborative approach to financial management and oversight.
Operations Management:
You will ensure operational efficiency across all departments, enhancing processes and maintaining high-quality standards. This encompasses project management, staff training, and upholding a secure work environment. You will continuously assess client and staff satisfaction, implementing quality improvement initiatives as necessary. Knowledge of medical practice procedures is essential.
You will exhibit exceptional verbal and written communication skills, facilitating clear information exchange, relationship building, and collaborative efforts. You will effectively interact with patients, clinical, administrative, operational staff, and the public.
You will lead and nurture teams, encouraging collaboration, resolving conflicts, and establishing clear goals to optimize staff performance.

A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is preferred.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership role within a healthcare setting is required.
A strong understanding of business operations and administrative functions is essential.
Proficiency in technology and various healthcare administrative systems is necessary.
