Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a clinical operational liaison between nursing units and the Director of Nursing.
- Oversee the quality of clinical operations within nursing units, ensuring compliance with organizational policies, standards of practice, and regulatory requirements.
- Work in partnership with the Director of Nursing to develop, manage, and optimize the nursing department budget.
- Encourage a culture of continuous improvement and mentor nursing staff to practice at the highest level of their licensure.
- Assist in nurse staffing activities, including performance evaluations, interviews, and orientation for new nursing staff.

Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program with a current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- A minimum of 3 years of full-time clinical experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role within long-term care.
- Knowledge of the MDS process, state nursing practice acts, and relevant regulations is essential.
- Availability for on-call duties is required.
