Position Highlights:
* Act as a clinical operational liaison between nursing units and the Director of Nursing.
* Ensure quality clinical operations in nursing units, adhering to policies, procedures, and regulations.
* Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to develop and manage the nursing department budget.
* Promote a culture of continuous improvement and mentor staff to achieve optimal practice standards.
* Assist in nurse staffing processes, including performance evaluations, interviews, and orientation.

Qualifications:
* Graduate of an accredited nursing program with a current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
* Minimum of 3 years of full-time clinical experience, with at least 2 years in nursing supervision within a long-term care environment.
* Knowledge of the MDS process, state nursing practice acts, and relevant regulations is essential.
* Availability for on-call duties is required.
Position Type: Full Time
Pay Target: $50.00 per hour
