Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Director of Customer Growth to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in building and operationalizing the organization to drive post-sales success for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and Lead a High-Performing Customer Success Organization
  • Develop and Execute a Customer Success Strategy
  • Define and Own the Post-Sales Customer Experience
  • Work with Operations to Define and Measure Organizational Impact
  • Partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering to Increase Revenue and Enhance Products

Requirements

  • 10+ Years of Experience in a Customer Success Leadership Role in Fast-Growing SaaS Companies
  • Experience Building Customer Success Organizations for Scale and Growth with Well-Defined Metrics
  • Demonstrated Ownership and Success of Operational Rigor and Consistency
  • Process-Oriented with Goals to Create Efficiency through Automations and Toolings
