Job Description

Affinity Management Services is a leading Association Management Company serving Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach County. We are seeking a skilled Community Association Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with association boards and homeowners.
  • Manage vendors and oversee the association's finances.
  • Inspect community facilities and ensure safety rules are communicated and enforced.
  • Investigate accidents and prepare reports.
  • Prepare meeting agendas and attend Board of Directors meetings.
  • Assist in preparing financial reports and manage the association's budget.
  • Provide reports to the Board of Directors with recommendations to enhance community appearance and values.

Requirements:

  • Bilingual (English, Spanish) preferred.
  • Active CAM License.
  • Minimum 5 years of management experience.
  • Experience with High-Rise Condominiums and HOA Management.
  • General Computer Skills.
