Your Responsibilities:

In this position, you will facilitate organizational transformation and support employees in adapting to strategic changes that affect their roles. You will collaborate with various stakeholder groups within the organization, proactively identifying potential challenges and resistance, and developing strategies to mitigate operational disruptions while fostering positive employee engagement. You will partner with colleagues and sponsors to design and implement comprehensive change management strategies, communication frameworks, needs assessments, and stakeholder engagement plans.

Qualifications:

  • 5-8 years of experience in change management, organizational effectiveness, human resources, or learning and development, with a proven track record in driving transformative change.
  • Strong grasp of change management principles and methodologies.
  • Exceptional business insight with the capability to recognize and address organizational challenges.
  • Outstanding communication skills, including written, verbal, presentation, and facilitation abilities.
  • Experience in leading and managing teams effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and proficient time management.
  • Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt in uncertain situations and environments.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and training development software.
  • Bachelor's degree is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree.
  • Certification in change management, learning and development, human resources, or organizational effectiveness.
  • Experience as an HR Business Partner or in a Center of Excellence.
  • Familiarity with technologies such as cloud solutions, human capital management systems, AI applications, and ERP platforms.
  • Ability to work remotely while maintaining effective communication and collaboration.

Position Details:

This is a virtual/remote, temporary hourly position. There is potential for this role to transition into a full-time permanent position in the future. Candidates must be able to work in the Pacific Time Zone.

The hourly compensation for this role ranges from $55 to $75. Preferred locations include various states across the U.S.
