About the Role

Cognizant is seeking a seasoned Manager Consulting to join our esteemed Travel & Hospitality consulting practice. As a trusted advisor, you will be responsible for overseeing advisory consulting engagements, establishing yourself as a thought leader in your field, and driving contributions to offerings and innovations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the Engagement Lead and manage teams of Consultants, Senior Consultants, and Managers for one or more commercial projects to ensure effective negotiations, well-aligned solution-delivery-to-plan, clear engagement governance accountabilities, profitability, and overall client satisfaction
  • Supports the business development activities of senior level leaders within an account or region, prices the consulting component of engagements, coordinates resources, and provides business development guidance to Consultants, Senior Consultants, and Senior Consulting Managers
  • Lead client workshops and support business analysis interviews
  • Monitor and supervise the daily activities of project staff, including consulting and non-consulting team members
  • Enrich client partnering and anticipate client needs based on a solid understanding of emerging industry requirements and/or technological breakthroughs in Travel & Hospitality industry
Requirements
  • Minimum of eight years related work experience as a product owner
  • Undergraduate degree in related field (Computer Science, Engineering,) required
  • Good understanding of the data, delta lakehouse, data platforms, databases and queries
  • Cognizant will only consider applicants for this position who are legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship
