We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Safety Consultant to join our team at Environmental Resources Management (ERM). As a key member of our EHS team, you will be responsible for providing expert safety advice and guidance to our clients in the technology, aerospace, and manufacturing sectors.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement innovative safety programs and strategies to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Conduct hazard assessments and provide recommendations for corrective actions to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with clients to identify and implement effective solutions to improve safety performance.
- Provide training and coaching to clients on safety best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in project teams and contribute to the development of safety-related project deliverables.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory changes to ensure our clients receive the best possible advice.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as safety, occupational health, chemistry, or engineering.
- 3-5 years of relevant safety experience in the technology, aerospace, or manufacturing sectors.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the Seattle area and occasionally outside of the local area.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve project goals.
- Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) certification.
- Master's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
- Knowledge of Washington state regulations and local, state, and federal EHS regulations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
We offer a competitive salary range of $95,868 - $120,174 USD per year, depending on experience and qualifications. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off, medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) or RRSP/DPSP, and other benefits.
