Job Title: New Business and Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a New Business and Operations Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with families, delivering assessments, and monitoring student progress.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with families to ensure their academic success
  • Deliver assessments and provide recommendations for each child
  • Monitor student progress and meet with families regularly to discuss progress and make adjustments as needed
  • Assist with answering phones and making outbound sales calls in a timely manner
  • Meet sales and expense financial targets
  • Ensure good instructional management and marketing within schools and the community
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience
  • 1-2 years of sales or educational experience
  • A positive attitude with a desire to be successful and a passion for student and family academic success
  • The ability to influence and build positive relationships
  • Coachable and self-starter with the ability to adapt quickly to changes
  • Good with technology, including Google Drive, Gsuites, Zoom, Slack, and Microsoft 365
  • Willingness to learn the know-how to manage a business and work some early evening hours and Saturday mornings
What We Offer:
  • Competitive salary range of $40,000 to $50,000, depending on experience, with monthly and yearly bonuses
  • PTO (12 days your first year and 18 each year after)
