Job Title: Business Development Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our team at American Steed Dba RecycleMax inc. This role is ideal for a career-oriented professional looking to make a significant impact in a growing industry dedicated to data security and sustainability of digital ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, identifying areas of opportunities for business growth and expansion.
  • Market Research: Conduct thorough research to identify potential clients within the ITAD industry, staying up-to-date with market trends, competitor promotions, and regulatory developments.
  • Proposal Development: Prepare and deliver marketing pitches and proposals to clients and stakeholders, highlighting the value proposition of our services.
  • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts with clients and work closely with management to finalize agreements, ensuring seamless execution of business development strategies.
  • Team Collaboration: Coordinate with the operations team to understand service capabilities and limitations, providing feedback and insights to internal teams to help improve service offerings.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably within the Information Technology Asset Management or Procurement Department.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, environmental science, or related field.
  • Skills: Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, ability to build rapport quickly with clients and partners, effective communication and presentation skills, proficiency in Google Docs, Microsoft Office Suite, and CRM software.
