The perfect candidate will possess innate problem-solving abilities and be capable of effectively engaging with a diverse range of individuals, including homeowners, business proprietors, service personnel, and internal teams. Our Customer Service Representative will manage incoming calls with confidence and charm. While organization is essential, building strong relationships is even more critical.
Your Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Representative at Waltham Pest Services, you will deliver outstanding service to both clients and colleagues. You will take pride in addressing customer inquiries and concerns while proactively following up with current clients, leads, and referrals. You will handle service and sales questions and communicate these effectively to field technicians and sales representatives. Additionally, you will maintain precise customer records and assist in scheduling service routes and coordinating calendars. Our representatives also support accounts receivable in collection efforts.

Requirements:
Candidates must be able to pass a drug screening and meet physical job requirements, performing all duties safely with or without accommodations. Additionally, the ability to obtain the necessary pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company-sponsored) is required.
