About the Role

Carvana is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join their team as a Customer Service Delivery Advocate. This role requires a minimum of 2 years of customer-facing experience and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver Vehicles to Customers: Safely transport and deliver vehicles to customers, ensuring a positive experience and building trust in the Carvana brand.
  • Represent the Carvana Brand: Act as a brand ambassador, representing Carvana in unique ways, such as delivering cars to customers' doors and operating Vending Machines.
  • Complete Administrative Tasks: Perform paperwork and other administrative duties, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Maintain a Clean Driving Record: Safely operate company vehicles and maintain a clean driving record, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
Requirements
  • Customer-Facing Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, with a proven track record of providing excellent customer service.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including standing for extended periods, lifting heavy items, and driving safely.
  • Communication Skills: Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently.
  • Valid Driver's License: Possess a valid driver's license and maintain a clean driving record.
