About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Bilingual Customer Service Specialist to join our team at Sherwin-Williams. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with wholesale and retail customers, and driving sales growth through effective product recommendations and promotions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesale and retail customers, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Meet and exceed sales goals, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, features, and benefits to provide expert advice to customers.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company standards and expectations.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and inviting customer experience.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • At least one year of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse customer groups.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy in handling cash and credit transactions.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
