Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their shopping needs, and maintaining a clean and safe store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist customers with their shopping needs, including answering questions, locating products, and processing transactions.
  • Maintain a clean and safe store environment, adhering to company standards and policies.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide a positive shopping experience for customers.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and inventory management activities to ensure a well-stocked and visually appealing store.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of retail experience, preferably in a customer-facing role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management and visual merchandising.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
