  • Prepare project reports including progress and financial updates.
  • Mentor and train junior staff members.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 10-15 years of progressive experience managing municipal infrastructure projects through permitting, construction, and close-out phases.

  • A Civil Engineering degree from an ABET-accredited institution.
  • Proficiency in conducting investigative studies and developing detailed designs for drainage, sewerage, and water supply systems.
  • Advanced skills in 12D software and hydraulic modeling applications such as DRAINS.
  • Strong communication and influencing abilities.
  • Experience in significant civil infrastructure projects.
  • Experience working within multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Knowledge of stormwater quality design.
  • Understanding of hydrology design for culverts and drainage systems related to roads and highways.
