Senior Customer Relationship Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Customer Relationship Manager to join our team at Draeger. As a key member of our sales and customer success team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our Neonatal Care Solutions customers, ensuring their success and satisfaction with our products and services.
Key Responsibilities- Act as a customer advocate to drive business growth in the US market for Neonatal Care Solutions, aligning strategies with customer needs and market trends.
- Cultivate robust, enduring relationships with existing and newly acquired customers, fostering strong product adoption through regular communication and tailored solutions.
- Strategically prioritize and manage a diverse array of company and customer activities and inquiries, ensuring timely resolution of implementation issues and requests.
- Effectively plan and prioritize a high volume of Draeger and customer activities and requests, managing customer implementation issues and requests in a timely manner.
- Evaluate risk management for each customer, proactively addressing dissatisfaction or lost business and driving retention throughout the customer life cycle.
- Work closely with customers to maximize their use of Draeger Neonatal Care Solutions, consistently providing exceptional value and identifying opportunities for ongoing enhancement to bolster their sustained success.
- Closely monitor customer goals, creating opportunities to introduce more and/or new products or services, and identify and forecast expansion opportunities.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business or healthcare, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 2+ years of experience in customer engagement, customer implementation, consulting, business development, sales, or a related field.
- Account management, clinical sales, or applications experience is a plus.
- Project management skills for technology adoption and change management training with previous experience in a hospital or IDN setting are a plus.
- Strong understanding of value drivers in recurring business models and excellent written, verbal, presentation, and phone communication skills.
