We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Customer Relationship Manager to join our team at Draeger. As a key member of our sales and customer success team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, driving business growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute account strategies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including regular communication and issue resolution
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and effective communication
  • Conduct customer success reviews and reports to ensure customers are optimizing our products and services
  • Identify and prioritize product and service updates based on customer feedback and market trends
  • Report trends to marketing to drive innovative future SaaS activities
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of experience in customer engagement, customer implementation, consulting, business development, sales, or a related field
  • Account management, clinical sales, or applications experience is a plus
  • Project management skills for technology adoption is a plus
  • Change management training with previous experience on large projects in a hospital or IDN setting is a plus
