Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute account strategies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including regular communication and issue resolution
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and effective communication
- Conduct customer success reviews and reports to ensure customers are optimizing our products and services
- Identify and prioritize product and service updates based on customer feedback and market trends
- Report trends to marketing to drive innovative future SaaS activities
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience in customer engagement, customer implementation, consulting, business development, sales, or a related field
- Account management, clinical sales, or applications experience is a plus
- Project management skills for technology adoption is a plus
- Change management training with previous experience on large projects in a hospital or IDN setting is a plus
