About the Role

COAST Products is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Customer Success team. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales growth, and fostering long-term relationships with our customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, identifying sales opportunities and providing solutions to customer needs.
  • Provide a warm and welcoming first impression to customers, ensuring a seamless experience that encourages repeat business.
  • Assist with order placement and troubleshooting, ensuring a smooth experience that promotes customer satisfaction and upsell potential.
  • Process warranty claims with a focus on customer satisfaction and upsell potential.
  • Provide detailed product information to guide purchasing decisions and promote COAST products.
  • Maintain professionalism in all interactions, building long-term customer relationships.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, using product knowledge to enhance sales efforts.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Success team to resolve issues and identify cross-selling opportunities.
  • Share insights on customer trends and sales opportunities with management to drive improvements.
Requirements:
  • Empathetic and motivated to ensure excellence in every customer interaction
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated multitasker with a high sense of urgency and ability to prioritize
  • Strong computer skills with the ability to quickly learn and master new systems
  • Experience with ZenDesk and Shopify a plus

  • Competitive salary range: $21- $24 DOE
  • 10 days of PTO, plus 7 paid holidays
