Job Title: Customer Success and Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team at SOTTOS Group Inc. as a Customer Success and Operations Specialist. This hybrid role will involve working closely with the team to ensure the smooth management of customer inquiries, order processing, and logistical tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries promptly using our customer service platform, maintain a positive and professional communication tone, and manage and resolve inquiries related to products, shipping, returns, and other general questions.
  • Operations: Oversee order processing, shipping, and fulfillment across multiple platforms, handle incoming shipments and returns, create shipping labels and track packages, and maintain accurate records of all shipments, returns, and inventory.
  • Systems & Tools Management: Utilize customer service platforms, shipping software, and inventory management systems to perform daily tasks, track and monitor customer orders and interactions, and maintain and update documentation for shipments, inventory, and customer communications.
  • Collaborations: Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure consistency in customer interactions and promotional activities, and coordinate with the team on special projects, such as customer engagement initiatives and influencer collaborations.
Requirements:
  • Experience in customer service and operations, preferably in a hybrid or remote environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with customer service platforms and shipping tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new tools quickly.
  • Familiarity with email management, order tracking, and CRM tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with e-commerce or logistics platforms.
  • Prior experience with managing international shipments.
  • Experience managing influencer collaborations.
Work Schedule:
  • Hybrid position with 2-3 days in office, remainder remote.
  • Flexible working hours to manage part-time responsibilities.
